Refund and Return Policy for Lippi’s Craft Organic Skincare
Thank you for shopping at Lippi’s Craft! We take pride in offering high-quality organic skincare products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To request a refund, please contact us at support@lippiscraft.com, with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will happily exchange it for a new one. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@lippiscraft.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged or defective product. Once we receive the item, we will send you a replacement.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
